AboutBasically, it does what it says on the can. If that's not what you like to read or write, then just shake your head and move on, because we really are beyond saving. If you like to read or write Prison Break RPF (aka Real Person Fic) then please, then click here to join.
If you've read the public mod post here, you'll see that if someone with an 'empty' LJ applies for membership, it can take a while for their application to be approved. The reason for this is, basically, that![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif)
smirky_turkey and I would much prefer people to want to be part of this comm for the right reasons, rather than the wrong reasons.
The right reasons are, of course, that you want to read or post Prison Break RPF and would like a place where you can find a whole bunch of it.
The wrong reasons would be tiresome things like trolling or snickering-while-lurking, and that's really not on.
So. If you've applied to join the comm but you haven't received an answer, it might just be because we can't tell for which reason you want to join. Don't be offended, m'kay? If you suspect we might have trouble figuring it out, all you need to do is either send any of the mods an LJ message or email me at msgenevieve@livejournal.com and we'll get your application sorted out in a flash.
Once you're part of the community, there are a few rules which we would ask you to read. There's not many, but they're very important.
COMMUNITY RULES
* This community is for fan fic and icons only. Because, let's face it, we're just here for the pretty, shiny things. This means that this isn't the place for posting theories about relationships - real or imagined - or discussing media appearances.
* Constructive criticism is both welcome and encouraged. Flaming is, of course, not welcome but I'm sure we all know the difference by now.
* Please label your stories appropriately, giving the rating and pairing (if any). A brief summary would also be most appreciated. Bashing of people's significant others is not encouraged. I cite the example of RPF in another fandom in which an author wrote someone's significant other - who was, of course, written as a nasty hose beast - as being involved in a car accident simply so that their OTP could find true love.
* Spell-check. No, really. We mean it. Formatting is good too.
* All stories must be behind an LJ cut. If you're new to LJ and are unsure as to what an LJ cut is, one of our friendly Mods will be only to happy to explain.
* All fic is welcome. Het, slash and gen, not to mention any and all pairings.
* No spam, no introductions ('Hi, I'm new...') or other OT posts, please. Because it really is all about the fic and the icons.
* Please 'tag' all your entries. If you require a 'tag' that has not been created, please email one of the mods.
* No 'ship' nicknames. Initials are totally fine if you are feeling lazy, but labels such as MiSa or Wesah or LoVe or MiSu or WeAm or WeDom will be poked with the Pointy Mod Stick of Doom.
* Lastly, your friendly Mods aremsgenevieve and smirky_turkey.
Oh, and our beautiful banner and layout was created by the totally awesome and extremely generoussmirky_turkey.
