leaving aside the eternal reference to Helena and whatever she´s dating, I thought the last part of this article was a little bit funny. I have read a lot of bad comments about Bono and cia at the interpol forum so.. well, it makes it even funnier... there you go:

ONE of the world's original supermodels was among the hordes of music fans who turned up at the Oxegen festival last night.
Helena Christensen had an extra reason for going -- her current boyfriend is lead singer with Interpol, who wowed the crowds at Punchestown.
The Danish beauty (40) was enticed to Ireland to endure the mud and rain of the packed festival to support her current beau Interpol frontman Paul Banks.
Not that she was slumming it with the rest of the punters -- Christensen got the VIP treatment from the moment she was whisked by luxury coach from Dublin's Morrison Hotel to the Kildare racecourse. Before leaving, she was seen rubbing shoulders on the Liffey quayside with members of Interpol and US indie rockers Kings of Leon.
The couple have been "quietly dating" for 10 months and were first photographed together in March.
Fixture
Since the romance became public, Christensen has been a permanent fixture backstage at Interpol gigs.
In the past, she has been involved with INXS frontman Michael Hutchence, Simply Red's Mick Hucknall and Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins.
And while rockers U2 may not have made an appearance at Oxegen's this year, they were certainly making their presence felt. Bono and co sent Interpol a special gift in advance of their Punchestown performance.
Paul Banks, Daniel Kessler and Carlos Dengler found a welcome surprise when they turned up for rehearsals at the venue.
An insider told the Herald: "U2 sent Interpol some champers as a gift."
The New Yorkers performed hits from their Our Love to Admire album in front of thousands of music fans as day one of Oxegen came to a close.

But this community is very alive, while the others are dead. So I decided to post here, because I need confirmation. I sent messages to Zu and Hazey Jane (who seems to be the most devoted members of this community) asking about the truth of this gossip, but they don't know anything.

Well, I was told that Daniel Kessler is dating Valeria Bilello, an Italian VJ, who interviewed Kessler and Paul Banks last year, when Interpol played in Milan. The interview can be watched here: http://it.youtube.com/watch?v=mnuzKfHJ7is

I had never heard anything about this before, that's why I decided to check the truth about this gossip, but I didn't find any proof that they're really together. My source said that Daniel and Valeria were seen walking hand in hand in the streets of Ferrara, last week, when Interpol played there.

My source asked me not to be revealed.

Does anyone know anything about this? My personal opinion: I need proofs. I need a picture or some other people saying that they're really together.

Helena Christensen has revealed she wants another baby - and predicts it'll happen in the next three years.

The supermodel, who has a seven-year-old son Mingus, is 38 but says she expects to have added to her family by the time she's 41.

"I would love another child," she told Hello! magazine. "I know the window of opportunity gets smaller and smaller but I have a feeling it is going to happen for me when I am about 40 or 41."

Helena, who split from Mingus' dad Norman Reedus several years ago, also revealed she might adopt.

"If I can't have a second child, I would love to adopt from Peru," said the star, the daughter of a Danish father and a Peruvian mother.

"It would be wonderful to help a child but also amazing for Mingus to grow up with another child from his grandmother's culture."

But the model insists she won't be tying the knot in the near future.

"There is something very beautiful about dedicating yourself to another person for the rest of your life - believe me I am the first to cry at weddings - but it is not for me.

"My lifestyle doesn't lend itself to marriage and I am fiercely independent."

She added: "The idea strikes me as unnatural - and rather claustrophobic."

The 39-year-old Danish beauty looked as stunning as ever as she showed off her toned physique poolside with the Interpol frontman by her side.

Wowing onlookers with her pert derriere in a skimpy purple bikini, she openly cavorted with her rocker boyfriend, 30, in the middle of the swanky South Beach hotel's pool.

The couple kissed and cuddled as they lapped up the sunshine on luxury loungers and cooled off with a dip in the water.

Helena, a mum-of-one who usually shies away from public displays of affection, threw caution to the wind as she laughed and joked with rocker Banks as they lounged around in an oversized dingy.

"They were so obviously in love," said one onlooker.

So as many of you on this board may know, I'm friendly with PB and have met everyone in POL. I saw The National for the first time tonight, and got backstage briefly. They are up and coming, if not more, and the reason I heard about them in the first place is b/c PB told me they are friends and he's a fan (before the HC days)....about a year ago. Anyway, tonight I met Matt (the lead singer) and he was great. They are from NYC as well.....I told him about PB and he said, "can you tell Paul that we are excited to finally open up for them in Switzerland? (my thought - yeah right - like I have more capability than Matt)." :) But Matt said that they have been around about the same amount of time and played in a studio next to POL in NY and were big fans...and "suddenly POL shot up in popularity and they were amazed." Also, Matt stated that he last saw PB at their mutual producers wedding.

Here's the best, Matt said, "is Paul dating Linda Evangalista or something? That's crazy!" I told him, "yes, alas, it's HC." We had good laugh and cheers. Nice guy and I wish them success like POL has achieved.

I don't know how to post it bigger, so I hope you have good eyes. She's sexy on 90% of the pictures, this one is part of the 10% ! She looks so weird probably due to her haircut and her dress.

By the way, I dont like her and I don't hate her even if I admit some crawling jealousy inside. I guess that Paul deals with the paparazzis because he cares a lot for her. So be it, no matter what we think ... this should make us think about who and how this guy is.
