| here I go again |

I was just made aware that I've never really showed pictures of Dakota or Lexus. =o Shame on me!
Anyway, here come the pictures of the boys, rather picture heavy, and forgive me if I mess up on the LJ cut. hehe
Also, if you want to check out more updates, look at the journal itself because I'll be updating there for the majority since they need to have themselves updated on. xD
Anyway, PICTURES! ( the boys, pic heavy ) |

| Cleaners? |
[Feb. 2nd, 2008|01:24 pm] |
How do you feel about Greenworks cleaners by Clorox? Specifically their use in the same home as birds.
They use a coconut-based cleaning agent, corn based ethanol, essential lemon oil as fragrance, filtered water and biodegradeable preservative, contains no phosphorous or bleach. There's an all-purpose cleaner, a glass and surface cleaner, bathroom cleaner, and toilet bowl cleaner.
It seems a lot better than some of the standard cleaners out there and I'm not planning to use any of these cleaners in the bird room or on any of their cage supplies, just in the other rooms of the house. |

| ...hee. |

kirk and spock came home today. :3
mom chose this 25"x21" cage for them (identical to the one the budgies have, except with a top that can open), an identical boing to the one the budgies have, a rope perch, and several shreddy toys. they're used to eating roudybush, with nutriberries for treats, so mom picked up some of that, too.
they spent most of the afternoon huddled together clinging to the side of the cage in terror. they scolded when the dogs ran by. and they threw their nutriberries out of their food dish onto the grate.
i could not be more thrilled. :D mom's happy, too. |
