Assuming "exotic" as its definition meaning different or unusual, this list is very exotic. The order and the people listed and not listed do not make sense to me. Half the people listed are typical "pop/rap/millennium" voices that you hear nowadays - nothing different or unusual about that. I could list many others and more deserving of the title "most exotic voice", but where's Serj Tankian from SOAD on that list? As for Hayley’s voice, I’d rather define it as unique instead of exotic. Ha, and since when does every member of Linkin Park, Nickelback, and the Gorillaz sing?
