| Bamboozle Festival 2010 |

I know it's super early for this post, but I went to the bamboozle website and apparently through clues that were sent out and confirmation through the community chats, Paramore has been comfirmed for the festival along with Weezer and fun. and some other bands.
This would be sick...ngl. Does anybody know anything else about this? Just curious. |

i'm not trying to piss anyone off here but this whole 'early entry' to the Dublin gig is a joke. Its a complete money making scam, i've already paid 30euro for my ticket (which to get i had to buy an o2 sim card which was an additional 10euro) and now if i want to get anywhere near the front i'm expected to shell out another £30? i simply can't afford to. its ridiculous and unfair. Last time they played here i qued for 16 hours and yes, i got to the front but i did it the fair way.
i was exited about seeing my favorite band again but now i'm just pissed off and not even looking forward to it.
thanks fbr/warner music. i hope you enjoy rolling in your piles of money. |

i feel like lately this comm hasn't been about paramore music
so!
Which of paramore's songs (including demos) do you relate to the most and why?
me: misguided ghosts (obv)
it sums up everything i, and i think everyone feels at some point in their life and just the title completely describes what everyone is throughout life and i don't think it's necessarily a bad thing i, at least, feel like a ghost because i don't know what life is, and i don't think i'll feel like a person until i know exactly what i want to do with my life and where i want to go, but i don't think i (and most people) ever will

I know a lot of things have happened this past week and I don't even know if this will be posted. But I think we need a post where everyone can just...get their ~feelings out. (Maybe be cheesy, but it may work).
A lot of people have been very rude this past week and I can see where the mods would be sick of this. So this is not a place to rip apart the mods, or rip apart Hayley or the band for whatever has been said the past week or so.
This is to get your annoyance out on what happened, and maybe to reason with some people and maybe even with the mods.
Again, Do not be too harsh, or terrible to anyone including mods, because I would not like to see this deleted for that. |

I've been wondering this for a little while, So I thought I would post it here to see if I could get any insight. I'm confused about where the demos of songs such as "Swim In Silence", "Adore," "Hello Hello" and "Stay Away" actaully came from, and were they paramore, or Hayley before Paramore or whatever. I'm just curious as I've been wondering about their actual origins for quite a while...

Anybody going to any show on the 'brand new eyes' EU tour?
Anybody wanna hear 'My Heart' live, the way it was recorded on 'AWKIF'?
I believe there will be A LOT of yep's for the second question and that's why i'm posting this.
On the 'Final RIOT!' tour, Paramore said that the only reason 'My Heart' was on the setlist was because of the LJ community. I wanna do that again this year but i want the song to played like it was originally recorded. Yes that's right...I wanna hear Joshua Niel Farro...screaming. :)
I know the tour starts in like a week but i just wanna try.
I'm not sure how everybody did this for the 'Final RIOT!' tour but anyhow, let's try and hope and then maybe, just maybe, Josh Farro will be screaming in a concert venue near you soon!

I know I'm new here, but I'm doing an appreciation book for the band and I was thinking if some of you would like to help.

| Paramore on the Billboard chart |

I'm not sure what day of the week Billboard charts are posted, but I know we haven't had a post about it here in a while, so I thought I'd give you an update on how Paramore is doing:
Brand New Eyes is currently #59 in it's 7th week on the Billboard 200 album chart. As I'm sure you all know, they debuted at #2. It's gone down a little bit each week, which is pretty much what you would expect, but we should also expect to see a gain when the Brick By Boring Brick video is finally released and if the song gets any radio airplay.
To put their current position into perspective, Barbra Streisand, who debuted at #1 the same week is now at few spots above them #52 and Mariah Carey, who was #3, is now right above them at #58. 3 other albums that debuted the same week are above Paramore: Miranda Lambert (debuted at #8) at #30, Breaking Benjamin (#4) at #41, Selena Gomez & The Scene (#9) at #48. So it seems like they are doing pretty well, maybe a few slots lower than they should be, but nothing to lose any sleep over.
Interestingly, Riot! debuted at #20, dropped as low as #54, and then peaked at #15 in its 7th week.
Ignorance is currently the #19 Alternative Song and the #29 Rock Song. |
