Welcome to this LiveJournal community for Papillon -Hana to Chou-, a manga series by Ueda Miwa of Peach Girl fame. The story is about a shy, unpopular girl named Mizuki Ageha, whose twin sister Kana is always the center of attention, while she remains a relatively hidden student in school. Her only happiness comes from her crush on childhood friend and schoolmate Koike Ryuusei, but she can never tell him how she feels. This all changes the day she meets Ryuto Kyuu, a wild university student training in psychology by being a counsellor at Ageha's school. Kyuu urges Ageha to follow her dreams, and slowly she experiences a metamorphosis like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly, gaining friends and improving her appearance. Of course, nothing is ever easy, especially when you have backstabbing, jealous twin sister like Kana! Rules
