pantymelts! This community is aimed at encouraging incredibly hot Harry Potter fanfiction and fanart. Please read the rules outlined below before applying for membership.

This community will contain material rated ADULTS ONLY. This means that if you are not yet 18, you will not be permitted to join the community. Anyone who applies must have their year of birth showing on their userinfo, or their application will be denied. If you don't want that showing, then you must state your age and date of birth in a comment on this post. Anyone applying for membership without disclosing their age will be declined, as will anyone who is not yet 18.

Once you are a member, feel free to post fic or art, as long as it is rated R to NC-17 and is set in the Harry Potter universe. This community is slash, het and femmeslash friendly. Write or draw any pairing/threesome/orgy you want.

There is no upper or lower word limit; you can post 100 word one-shots or multi-chaptered works. The only rule is that they reach an R or NC-17 rating.

Please post appropriate warnings. This includes (but is not limited to) excessive angst, character death, and sexual practises which might be considered squicky.

Please ensure that if you think you need a beta, you get your story beta'd before posting it. If you aren't too sure about apostrophes, the difference between your and you're, and when to use a capital letter, please please use a beta. You are welcome to post a beta request here if you wish. Hopefully we will build up a list of people willing to beta, which we will advertise on the info page.

TAGS! There has been much interest in the use of tags so people trawling the comm can find fics they want. So, please include in your list of tags names of significant characters, plus the genre of the story. Don't worry about the pairing, because everyone writes them a different way and there is no way to keep track of them all. There is a list of available tags on the main page, feel free to add new ones which are not there. :)

THE BAD STUFF:

If your fic/art is posted either a) without the appropriate warnings or b) full of errors, you will receive a warning. You will then have 24 hours to make the required changes before it is deleted. You are allowed to post it again if it is deleted, as long as you have made the changes.

Any off-topic posts will be deleted at the mods' discretion.
