There isn't a video game called Iced Scream and/or Ice Cream, is there?
(Google tells me a Rocko's Modern Life game had an Ice Scream level, but that can't be it)

And I suppose after getting hit by 16 tons, the Devil May Cry, but that seems like a stretch.
