| I think I mentioned before that we don't focus in any way on weight loss or fat/thin issues in my family- we focus instead on health and energy. So it's not often that one of us gets on the scale.
My oldest got on the scale yesterday and he weighed 167lbs! It's been about two months since we removed breakfast cereal and lunch bread from our diets and his body weight is down fifteen pounds! He's also grown about 1/2 inch this summer so I'd say that indicates an even better BMI.
More and more and more evidence. Wonderful. |
