Well, maybe not really smack them- that's a little harsh. But did you ever want to give them a very energetic push in the right direction?! I almost didn't post this because it could be construed as mean-spirited, but I've decided to do it anyway and trust you to let me know if it's not appropriate. I hope it'll be received with the good-natured humor I'm posting it with. :)
Back when I started the community, I joined many other dieting communities- both for networking, and to get a feel for how different people eat. Today I've been catching up on my friends page and a significant number of posts are about dieting woes. Not just your basic woes, but some very intense, almost obsessive woes. I bit my (proverbial) tongue so many times! Before I say any more, let me just preface it with the statement that I have "been there/done that" and so I can empathize with most every one of them from some stage in my life.
Whew! I feel better now. Seriously though, I have tried all the tricks in the book and even a few I thought I invented myself. ;)
Anyone else have a particular repeated dieting complaint that grates on them?
