Welcome to ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) padme_stills. This is a stillness icon challenge community Padme Amidala, the tragic heroine of George Lucas' Star Wars saga.

| Rules |
01. You must be a member to enter. So JOIN
02. This is a stills community so that means no animation.
03. Most challenges will have its own set of guidelines
04. Remember Livejournal icon standard. 100x100, 40k, JPG, GIF, or PNG.
05. You may enter icons smaller than 100x100.
06. Please, make a new, refreshing icon for each challenge.
07. Do not use someone elses bases either. That's cheating or not doing all the work.
08. Putting your name in the file of the icon is CHEATING. Don't do it.
09. You may only post your icon entered in the challenge after winners of that challenge is announced.
09. Please remember to put your icon(s) URL under your icon.It won't be submitted if you forget.
10. When voting, you're NOT ALLOWED TO VOTE FOR YOURSELF!
11. Do not ask anybody to vote for you.
12. Anonymous votes won't be accepted;
13. Vote fairly;
14. No Animation allowed. This is a stillness community!
: Anyone who does not abide by these rules (or any others sprinkled throughout the userinfo) will be banned.

| Submissions |
New challenges will be posted on Wednesday. Submissions end on Monday at 11 PM PST. When participating, you must post your icons as a comment to the challenge post along with the images urls. All comments will be screened. One or more of your entries may be rejected if it/they does/do not follow the rules stated above.

| Voting |
Voting will be up by Tuesday. Voting will be closed on Wednesday 12pm PST (You can check your time zone right here). Winners are announced on Wednesday as well.
You choose your top icons like so:
1st Place = 3pts
2nd Place = 2pts
3rd Place = 1pts

:: Until the voting is done and the winners are announced, you are not allowed to post the icon(s) you submitted anywhere. There is a reason for this.
:: You do not have a to be a member of this community to vote, though it would be nice. ^_^
