House for Rent
I am looking to rent out my current house, because I will be moving shortly to a slightly larger house on the same street, as I need more space and need room for me, my mate, and a roommate in the next few months. So, my current house is available to move into very shortly, and is perfect for furs (and non-furs too) to move into the Pittsburgh area or for current residents of Pittsburgh to get more room for their money with a nice view. I want to offer this because I know of a few furs that are looking for a place to move to soon, and would like to make it available as soon as possible.
For rent is an 800 square foot 2 story house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, modern appliances, and an unfinished basement in a secluded wooded area in Aspinwall overlooking the Allegheny River and the Highland Park bridge. It has a small yard, deck, and all gas appliances. Pets (cats or dogs) are allowed in this house. It will be available to move in shortly after your application is approved. The Aspinwall area is within a few miles distance to Pittsburgh Mills, RIDC Business Park and downtown Pittsburgh, and is right off PA-28. There is a bus stop 8 blocks away and the house is in the center of Aspinwall. Rent is currently $475 a month ($480 a month if you have a pet with a pet deposit.) Great neighborhood, great neighbors, and is on a dead end street. On-street parking is available.
