Rules for Submitting

1. Animation is allowed. This is not a Still community.
2. You must be a member to enter any of the challenges posted.
3. Entries can not be anonymous.
4. Do not vote for yourself. It is unfair and will not be tolerated.
5. Entries must suit LJ requirement: less than 40KB, 100x100 or less, and must be .jpg, .gif or .png
6. Comment with your submission on the post with the pictures and only on that post. If you post your entry to the wrong post I'll try to fix it, but no promises.
7. The number of allowed entries will vary dependent upon the challenge each week. I'll always post the number with the challenges.
8. You will need an image host. Either Photobucket or Livejournal Pics would be good. When submitting your icon, you must put the url underneath the icon. Like so:

Rules for Voting

1. Unless otherwise stated, you will vote for your top three icons in order.
2. Anonymous votes will not be counted.
3. If you submitted an icon, DO NOT vote for yourself. It will not be counted!!!
4. You do not have to be a member to vote.
5. Votes will be weighed: first place=3pts, second place=2pts, and third place=1pt.
6. Spellbound (Mod's Choice) will also be awarded.
7. If there are over 11 icons, the banner maker also gets to pick an icon to give and award to.
8. You can only win two places. New. If you have won 1st and 2nd, you can not win third.


Timeline (in PST)
Challenges go up on Monday-Wednesday
Icons due: Monday night at 11:59pm PST
Voting goes up: Tues-Wed
Winners go up : Wed-Monday

Winners sometime during the next week(I tally many comms). Banner are not set for a time.
