Who is Owen Harper? What is Torchwood?
Torchwood is a spin off series from Doctor Who, starring Captain Jack Harkness. Set in Cardiff, Jack runs Torchwood Three with Owen Harper: Doctor, Toshiko Sato: Computer Scientist, Ianto Jones: Coffee boy (!) and new recruit, Gwen Cooper. Together they defend Earth against the alien threat. As Jack says: The 21st century is when everything changes, and you've got to be ready. |
| The contests |
| Challenges run for 2 weeks, and voting runs for one week. I will usually provide 3 or 4 images and you may enter up to 6 icons (although this does change). |
| The rules |
There are only a few rules,to make it fair for everyone.
~ Icons must fit the Live Journal standards: No bigger than 40 KB, in either JPG, GIF or PNG format.
~ The contest will be anonymous, so please do not post your icons elsewhere, including your own journal untill after voting has ended.
~ Only use the images provided, no adding other pictures.
~ You may do whatever you wish with the images provided, except put your name on the icon and use animation.
~ Brushes, textures, text etc are welcome.
~ Don't post icons anonymously because all comments are screened.
~ If all the rules stated above are not followed, the icon will be disqualified. |
