Welcome to owen_stillness, an icon challenge community dedicated to non-animated icons of Owen Harper from the hit UK television show, Torchwood.

Rules

001 You must be a part of the community to enter any of the challenges
002 No animation; it's a stillness community.
003 Icons must fit LJ standards (under 40kb, .jpg/gif/png)
004 All submissions for a challenge must remain anonymous. Please do not post your icons anywhere else until voting is over.
005 Textures, brushes, text, etc are welcome.
006 Do NOT vote for yourself or ask anyone to vote for you.
007 Anonymous votes do not count.
008 If you like an icon, make sure to ask the maker to use it. If you don't ask, at least give them the proper credit deserved.
009 Only use the pictures provided, unless stated.
010 Have fun and let the creativity flow!
