i've been making icons on LJ for about 3 years, it's still weird when you see someone using your icon :]]
new batch should be coming in the next few weeks or so.
i have a lot of Jared Leto icons and i'm working on some Panic icons.
I also really want to make some oldskool My Chem icons but i want some HQ helena caps.

i realised a few days ago that i have over 850 icon tutorials and such saved in my favourites, and i can never tell which are which and end up getting awfully confused.
so i decided it was time for a clear up.

and this came in the form of

THE BIG TUTORIAL LIST

at the moment it contains 156 turorials, but i shall add as i go along.
it is also only icon tutorials at the moment, but i'm hoping i will eventually post up large tutorials for banners and wallpapers...

i am so sorry that it has been such a long time since i last updated on here.
i have been so busy at college and generally in life that i just havent had a chance to make graphics, but im hoping to get back into it over the next few months.

my main problems is i'm struggling to find good photos of bands i want to iconise or make graphics of.

if any of you could suggest any good sites where i can get photos of the following bands that would be awesome:

i know it's been a while, i'm so sorry.

Don't worry, i have a set of icons to post soon.
I just wanted to ask you guys a favour.

Lots of other icon makers (well, the ones who posted in my community swingthe_focus) seem to post much bigger batches of icons. Like 100 at a time. But a lot of them are just basic colouring, text, done. Usually from a large set of pictures (for example, Panic!'s new years eve performance).

But i tend to do a small amount of icons which i spend like 20 minutes/ half an hour on, thinking up layouts and text and seeing what looks right and what doesnt.

So what I'm asking is, would you like it if i posted icons more frequently, and more in quantity, but more... plain icons. And lots of icons from the same set of pictures?

I would really like to hear what you think (especially if you think "what on earth is she on about the blittering idiot!")

I'm sorry i havent posted anything since... ever, but i've been very busy and somewhat uncreative.

I realised that i wasn't posting enough icons in my regular journal, and i was posting too much personal stuff to leave it Public, and so i decided to make my own graphics community.
I'm hoping to pot in here all the time, i used to just post 20 or 30 icons at a time, but that was time consuming and difficult, so i'll probably post 5-10 icons here at a time, occasional wallpaper, headers, friends only banner, or just general graphics :)
I will expect credit on everything i make if you use it.
Either to i_eaticons or to overratedicons
So have fun here :)
I may be open to occasional requests, but i can't promise anything because i start college in a few months.
Feel free to friend this journal, but I am going to make my personal journal Friend Only, so you must comment to be added.
My icons and graphics are nearly all music related.
Espeically Panic! at the disco, My Chemical Romance, Fall out Boy, The Academy Is... and From First To Last. I doubt this will change.
