AboutOkay, new applicants, we have been having problems with this lately, so it's going in the top of the userinfo and I'm making a post:
Only one rule: Be prepared to read whatever anyone posts. I'm sad to say it, but I believe that we shall have to enforce an 18+ rule, simply because these things might get a little risque, y'know? THIS MEANS YOUR BIRTH YEAR MUST BE IN YOUR USER INFO TO BE ACCEPTED. IT MUST STAY THERE IF YOU WANT TO BE IN THIS COMM, BECAUSE LJ WANTS THE KIDDIES TO STAY SAFE. Once you are accepted, you are allowed to post whatever you wish... if you think it's a little overwhelming, put it behind an LJ-cut with the proper warning, haha. Please do not put down the work of others... feel free to leave all the happy comments you wish, but we're all here to have fun, so let's not bring anybody down.
Here is the place to be if you want to write yourself a little Outlander fan fiction. We love Diana Gabaldon and her series of novels, but you know you've always tried putting yourself in the stories... how can you not? Well, here at the![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif)
outlander_fans community, you can actually put yourself in the story. It doesn't matter if it's an existing storyline, or one you've branched off and created yourself. Just write about the characters, and have a good time.
All we ask is that you answer a few questions before we let you post your stories... Please do fill out the intro application so we can all get to know each other and keep the stories straight. Happy posting!
