Anyway, everyone, come and sign up! holiday_ouran is open for business! It's not completely polished yet, but it looks pretty good and it's serviceable. The rules are still under construction, but the FAQs are up, and they should answer most of your questions. There are some possible developments to come (more polls, anyone?). Anyone who's interested in a secret santa this winter (and possibly other seasonal exchanges in the future) should sign up.

Questions can be asked here or on the FAQ post. My brain isn't working quite clearly and I think I need to get to sleep, so don't feel bad telling me I missed something important. I probably did. I'll get to it in the morning. ;)
