I only ask that everyone plays nice (no flaming/hate/whatever) and when you join you offer an introduction including:

The community is getting to the size that certain questions are getting re-asked regularly, especially since it's the beginning of school. That's why I decided to start adding stuff to the memories. Some of it is more general, but some entries answer specific questions.
I'd really encourage everyone to glance at them to see if the topic of your question is at least partially covered. Hopefully we'll avoid more repeat questions. Chances are if something has been asked 2x or more I'll have put the entries in the memories. If the same question continues to get asked, don't get offended when people tell you just to look in the memories.
