Now a nurse.

Calling all adventurous chicks!
I recently started learning Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) which is a martial art which has no punching or kicking, and is mainly based on close contact and getting your opponent to submit through various holds and pressure points. I do it for fun & fitness (ie - NOT competition stuff!) and self-defence, haha. BUT I'm the only girl! The only one under about 6ft too ;) so if you've ever thought about maybe learning something like this, I'd love another girl (or girls!) to train with! It suits just about everyone I think - doesn't matter about weight or size - you might have a problem though if you were, ahem, big chested - because there is a lot of lying on top of people using your weight to hold them down.

Get in touch w/ me if you're keen at kenzie.s [at] gmail.com

Cheers!
I was just checking in with Otago today. I meant to ask, what the school's mascot is. What are some hot spots off campus? What are some thoughts about the university from current students? Surrendering any info would be appreciated. I feel like Plato's man inside the cave right now. But if shadows are all I have, it at least beats the alternative of absolute darkness. Anyway, Today lately life has been nothing but a cluttered dash to a red-taped finish line. I have spent hours of my life sitting in lines and hoping for a sweet administrative end. Melodrama...I should probably leave that in TX. Take care Otago,
-seth
