The local Farmer's Market run by the True Messianic Faith is planning an October Harvest festival. Planned activities include a barn dance, a hay ride, and a pumpkin carving contest.

A group of female vampire bikers has been spotted in the vicinity of Willy's recently. Preliminary analysis indicates that they are likely members of the Bloodthorns, a vampire gang in the southern states that enjoys catching prey while riding using a series of hooked and spiked chains. OSI-Southern would like one of these gang members detained if possible; however, lethal force is authorized as the situation warrants.

Possible political hazard on the horizon: ward of the Mayor, Ashton Kowalski, is tripping out on the evil magics.

Industrial-district patrols have made report of an unusual HST operating within the industrial district, possibly a vampire variant. HST engaged with patrol, causing severe injuries to two personnel, and dissolved into a putrid bio-sludge upon being vanquished. Research is currently attempting to identify the HST for future tactical advantage.

The Sunset club is going to be having an open mic night; and also a special anti-Homecoming called The Requiem that is by invitation only.
