Spam is not just advertisements - it is also discussing your pet snake in the 'Backstreet Boys' community. If you post a petition to save Sesame Street, I'll delete it whether I agree with signing it or not. Just reserve this aptly-named community for discussing Orthodoxy.
One thing I will quash quickly (deleting of posts and banning from posting) is vicious inter-Orthodox bickering. This forum will not become a warground for inter-jurisdictional hatreds, period. See slightly more explanation here.
Also, The Orthodoxy LJ is not to be used for spiritual guidance. See here for a slightly more exasperated explanation.
