Finished Mass Effect today. I'm the sort of shooter that likes to be kind of a douchebag and hide in corners while sniping people from afar, so I spent about 80% of the game either crouched in a hole or hiding behind a rock. Which was .. probably retarded and not how the game should be experienced at all, but oh well, it was a fun time. Overall, it was a pretty awesome game, and I accomplished what I got it for - making my character score some excellent alien lesbian action. Nice. Now to wait for Mass Effect 2!
Meanwhile, FE: Shadow Dragon is driving me nuts, yet I can't seem to stop playing. Whoever thought up of the permanent character death thing deserves a kick in the balls. It's still fun, I guess. Somehow.

Did you know that it's possible to equip both goggles AND glasses at the same time in Megaten Online? My character's badass motherfuckery just went up.
I was talking to someone about the whole Korea-getting-Hetalia-cancelled thing, and we decided that anthropomorphic representations of colleges would be far superior (and less offensive? I guess, lol). Acceptance rate would be how easily they put out - Harvard would be a tsundere elitest ultra-prude who is really hard to get close to, MIT would be a super nerd who nevers gets any ass, Caltech has never touched a chick before in his life, UCLA and USC always fight but it's actually just intense homosexual tension, Berkeley is a hardcore liberal hippy, Wellesley is a batshit ambitious workaholic lesbian, etc etc. On second thought ... it'd prolly be even more offensive than personifying nations, hahah.

In other news, I scored a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-ES7 for like 40 bucks, lmao. My feelings about Audio-Technica stuff are about the same as what I think of Apple products ... their headphones look really freaking sweet & were probably specifically designed to be super effective chick magnets, but really, in my honest opinion, they only work slightly better than regular headphones, despite the price.

In the process of overhauling this place. Which has been ... seriously neglected ... but it's okay because I'm on vacation again! It's hard because it's too embarassing to look through my old stuff, lmao - such a gross feeling. Trying to post around in communities more too, but that's an even grosser feeling.
Here is a small Persona 4 dump.
Gaming woes: my savefile for Persona 2: IS got corrupted, which sucks balls because I was almost halfway through that thing. Bah. Who knows if I'll ever muster the motivation to restart. I also still regret purchasing Last Remnant - I don't know if it's just me, but I can't bring myself to play more than half an hour of it. The story's just so blah and the battle system drives me nuts. I've also been playing a bit of SSB brawl - I'll admit straight up that I'm not much of a Nintendo type and know basically nothing about the games and such, but after trying to go through the solo campaign: dude, Marth is freaking gorgeous! I love his twinkly eyes and girly face and sparkly golden alice band and long blue bangs. Sadly, for this shallow reason, Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon is now on my DS.
Dissidia is so beautiful, as expected, but I haven't had much of a chance to play it because my little sister is a selfish douchebag & won't let me borrow her PSP for more than 10 minutes at a time. :(

I don't have any drawings to post, because life/school/both jobs are still kind of kicking my ass, but-- I came to share THIS MARVELOUS THING. Megaten box paper dolls? Seriously?? I had no idea the universe contained something so fantastical.
The only stupid thing is that there's no box!Eikichi. Come on! Then again, Eikichi in box form would probably overload this dimension's quota in sheer cuteness and subsequently trigger the apocalypse. I lied, apparently there IS a box!Eikichi. It was nice knowing this world.
In other exciting news, there will be a Megaten DS game called Devil Survivor coming out eventually?
I'm sad that I don't have time to draw anymore. I mean, small loss in terms of valuable contribution to the internet, but I do vaguely remember a time in the remote past when I made something almost every day.

This started as an OC but quickly morphed into Bonten .. somehow. This isn't even the first time it's happened. Maybe it works like the way any music you leave in a car for longer than 2 weeks always transforms into Queen.

Based on my 20 minutes of (watching) gameplay, Yuri seems to be pretty much the average RPG main guy except A. he has an amazing (female) Korean celebrity haircut, B. he fights like a breakdancer and C. he isn't voiced by Yuri Lowenthal!!!
