| About: |  Order of the Phoenix Stills is a "stillness" community that is strictly dedicated to the 5th installment of the Harry Potter Series written by J.K. Rowling. All challenges will either be based off of the book or the movie. They may also encompass actor/actress images from the various stars of the film. The challenges themselves will vary from each week. We will be following a pattern similar to ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif){kind=small} wizard_icontest. They will include an actor challenge, a cap challenge, and a random theme challenge. You may enter icons for one or all three each week. We here at Order of the Phoenix Stills would like to thank and credit ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} quebellyfor the original stillness idea and community buffy_stillness. ... for Submitting 1. Entries will NOT be accepted if they are animated. 2. You must be a member to enter any of the challenges posted. 3. Entries can not be anonymous. 4. Do not vote for yourself. It is unfair and will not be tolerated. 5. Entries must suit LJ requirement: less than 40KB, 100x100 or less, and must be .jpg, .gif or .png 6. Comment with your submission on the post with the pictures and only on that post. If you post your entry to the wrong post it will not be submitted. 7. The number of allowed entries will vary dependent upon the challenge each week. I'll always post the number with the challenges. 8. You will need an image host. Either Photobucket or Livejournal Pics would be good. When submitting your icon, you must put the url underneath the icon. Like so:  http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x300/ootpstills/layout%20images/13129461.jpg ... for Voting 1. All you need to do is put down three (3) numbers (unless otherwise specified)of the icons you liked. 2. Anonymous votes will not be counted. 3. If you submitted an icon, DO NOT vote for yourself. It will not be counted!!! 4. You do not have to be a member to vote.  Timeline (in PST) New challenges posted on Saturdays or Sundays. Entries due by the following Saturday 8pm EST. Voting until Sunday night 8pm EST or until all ties have been broken. Winners announced Sunday night or Monday. Banners are not set for a time. They will get done as soon as possible after each challenge. Placings First, Second, sometimes Third depending on number of entries and Mod's Choice. Need Images?
