Basic Info AboutI'm a 21-year-old Aussie girl with a huge passion for food and cooking. On any given day you'll find me browsing blogs for recipes and thumbing through cooking magazines and books. I believe that having basic cooking skills is very important, so the majority of recipes I'll be posting are not only delicious, but they require minimal effort and don't use ingredients that can't be sourced easily.
I've been a pescetarian for a couple of years now, which means the only meat I eat is fish and other seafood (I do eat dairy though). So, you won't find any recipes here that include poultry, red meat etc. Maintaining a healthy diet is really important to me, so I'll include some recipes that use ingredients like wholemeal flour and olive oil substituted for butter. Of course, we all need a little indulgence, so I'll definitely include some fantastic desserts and sweet treats!
In addition to recipes, I'll also do some recipe book reviews, post cooking tips, links to websites, explore my pantry and what I have growing in the garden, and anything else of interest relating to cooking and food.
