1. Homies (aka Members) are allowed to crosspost uploaded music with links to their own journals and communities as long as the music is relevant to the theme. J-Urban and Roots music translates to: Japanese r&b, hip-hop, reggae, dub reggae, dancehall reggae, roots reggae, and electronica. Occasional posts on Japanese pop and rock are allowed as long as the post also contains urban music or the posted music is urban inspired (i.e. Utada's first two albums which contained R&B-inspired music).
2. Let's not get in trouble with the cops. No music under US copyright laws should be posted (i.e. Utada's "Exodus" album).
3. Don't talk out of your ass. No trolling, bashing, whining, or acting like a three year old. If intelligent conversation can't be achieved, at least a civilized discourse would do.
4. This is the home of civilized homies. Text lingo is NOT appreciated. And no "pOsTiNg LyK DiS". We might be an urban community, but we pride ourselves in being at the smarter end of things.
5. Don't distribute our crack. Unless you are the uploader, please don't share our download links in other forums and communities. Point people to our direction instead.
6. Promoting other music communities is allowed. Selling stuff isn't.
7. Requesting music is allowed as long as it falls under the Japanese urban music genre.
8. Enjoy the goods. Have fun everyone!
