Especially when I'm trying to HACK stuff off my wishlist. >___<
I honestly haven't giving it much thought really. What do I like in rement?
I guess I could save a bunch of reference pictures just to remind myself or something when I'm starting to work on my diorama.
Honestly, what's a diorama without rement?
I've never been rement crazy so I can't imagine what to expect when I get there.

Sat with my Dad talking about their little trip to Hometown Buffet. He asked me why I didn't go, and I told him that Mom was a kill joy.
He said Mom didn't say much....
That's not what Monica said.
I don't understand why whenever Monica tells me a story (that involves my Dad) when I actually talk to the man himself... it is SOOOO OOOOFFFFFFFF!!!.
Right now he's watching Lakewood and Joel Osteen on TV. He said Hervert is planning on taking 'Stina and Reggie to a gospel session.
That so figures.
They were always the kind of people who think popular nouns were the nouns for them. Like moth to flame. "Hey! Look at all those people there! That's got to be good! Lets get some of that good stuff,"

Okay, so besides the extended back and forth to get the computer fixed, I was in serious internet withdrawal, and read a few books. Also we've been working our way through Highlander: the series. We're on the last season with 4 eps to go. And apparently they made another movie which I think went direct to dvd b/c I had never heard of it. It's Highlander: The Source. Three people from the series were in it; Adrian Paul, of course, and Methos, and Joe Dawson. But it still sucked. It was almost as bad as Highlander 2.
Watched other stuff with Netflix. The Gummi Bears, Nanny McPhee (finally), this weird movie Cinderella 2000 (not as good as the one with Cheryl Smith), Water Horse: Legend of the Deep, and some other stuff I can't remember right now.
the books I've been reading are Return of the King (reread), Warriors: Into the Woods (like it), Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, Blood Noir, Return to Labyrinth 1&2, and Castle Waiting. And I think I reread Teek when the computer first started acting funky. I read several books while working my way back through the Tolkien. He's good, but his writing is really dense (as in complex) and I had to take breaks to read something lighter. Blood Noir is very good. I only recently found the Twilight series, I like it, and like tanz_fanatika I am rooting for Jacob. Apparently there is going to be a movie, but after what Hollywood did to Blood and Chocolate and the Dark is Rising, I don't know if I want to see it. I've already read complaints about the casting. I am looking forward to seeing the conclusion, and if Jacob doesn't get the main girl I hope he at least finds a good one for his own. The Return to Labyrinth series is vey good, Hopefully I will find the next two volumes soon. Also I borrowed the first Dark Crystal manga from gakki. It is also good. Warriors is a series I've been meaning to delve into for quite some time, but I never found the first volume when I had the money to spend. Now I have and it is good. Kinda cliffhangery at the end, which leaves me going, What happens next? Arrgh. Now I've got to get the next few books. And it's a long series. I'm gonna have to see if the library has any of them. Castle waiting is a very good comic. Twisted fairy tale fans ahoy. I got the first hardback volume which is apparently the first twelve issues of the comic. There are more out now, I just need to order them now that we are back online. It's very funny.
Duo's favorite movies at the moment are: Zathura, Over the Hedge, and Wonderpets. Last night we had a change and he watched Hamtaro. Also he likes the Thomas the train series very much. and the Winnie the Pooh movies. We played Memory the other day. He doesn't really get it, but he took turns very well. He loves going outside and hates to come back in, no matter how long he's been out of doors. But it's too hot to stay out for very long. Oh yeah, I finally started getting the Pocket dragons I've been meaning to collect for Duo since he was born. We have four figurines and 5 ornaments. Gotten on ebay. Ebay is such crack. and I am such an addict.
Anyway I think that's all that been going on with me.

We are going to see The Dark Night at 10am, which means we're leaving at 9am, which means I've been up since 5am.
I am hungry and tired and don't feel like eating theater food. Poo. I think I'll make my own popcorn here and take it there - because I hate theater popcorn. *shutter*
Oh, and this is our first time going to an IMAX theater. Should I be really excited?

After three trips to Best Buy and a long time with the Geek squad, our computer if finally fixed and I can actually get online again!
We had malware. Along with a number of viruses. And then a system file was corrupted and we couldn't get online. So we had to reinstall windows and now I have to hunt down the files with my pics and stuff, b/c they are hiding in the depths of the computer somewhere.
I got internetting to do, I've been in such awful withdrawal. I will post a longer update later. Gonna take a while to catch up on my friend's page too.

So I recorded the 4 hour E3 press conferences, but I decided to watch the last 2 hours while they were on. Basically, I walked in when they announced that Final Fantasy 13 was going to be on XBox 360. I've been freaking out for the past 2 hours thinking that it wouldnt be on PS3 and it would be an XBox 360 exclusive (I HATE XBox), I started writing flame letters in my head. After some research, I found out its coming out on PS3 still. *phew* I thought Square Enix had lost their minds for a minute there XP
Oh yeah, I forgot to post about the weird dream I had the night before my birthday: CSyaoran was living in a tent in my backyard, and he kept killing anybody that walked past. He looked even more freaky than usual because both his eyes were wide open (he usually has a sleepy evil glare look, see icon) and both were blue o__o I was too shy and scared to say anything to him but all of a sudden my mom went outside and yelled, "STOP BEING SO EMO!" He then became a cute little chibi, jumped into my arms, and fell asleep XDDD I snuggled him and took him to my room to watch tv. Soooooo random.
Today John and I went to UCSF for his grandma's appointment. It's like a city on that campus. Hair salon, tons of stores, random resturaunts like Panda Express.. it was fun just walking around looking at stuff. But the day kind of left me drained and ready to game until I pass out, which is just what I'm going to go do ^_^

Well, yesterdays goal of getting all the embroidery finished for the Alice didnt go very well, though I did get the collar finished and one cuff started.
I become more and more convinced that Im developing arthritis in my shoulder. Anyway, a friend just told me for joint pain stop eating potatoes. Ouch. Processing the horror that is the prospect of a life without potatoes and made a delicious moussaka for supper last night (eggplant, a seasoned meat sauce, a baked layer of sauce on top made from milk, egg, and cheese). A friend of my friend comments this morning that eggplant is also on the to-be-avoided list. I cant win for losing.
My wigs ship out today and I expect them on Monday. Im too excited about that.
Ah Jensen...Feel Like So...
Since I dont have anything finished or interesting progress pics, all I have to show you today is the one picture I took this morning of my Pullip Craziia, Aalish.
This dress is cute on her. And it fits Blythe and Lati Yellow Sp. (and also Bratz). I should really find the pattern and make some more of those for our personal wardrobe, at least.
It looks like Lati fever is still going strong in my Flickr world. I really really want to be making adorable things for the little Latis. Must get orders finished!
I think the prospect of not allowing myself to buy any more dolls this year has me in a funk. Do you get that way when youre on restriction?

Brought to you by the classic Simplicity Ken doll pattern LOL!
This pair of pants we made yesterday is just one of the prototypes we’re working on as we try to slim down the Ken doll size to a Taeyang doll size (a whole cm thinner nearly EVERYWHERE it counts).
So far I have to note that it’s still REALLY baggy on him and could use a little more tailoring to his size. I'm also going to talk to my sister about adding a waistband or belt area to it.
@___@ Well, better back to the drawing board!
Do you at least like the fabric?
