omniocular!omniocular is a selective community for writers, artists, and fans of Harry Potter gen fiction and art. The goals of this community are twofold. First, to provide a single source for high quality gen fiction and art of all characters, genres, styles, and eras and second, to encourage the gen community to become more active and supportive by hosting regular challenges, open to members and non-members alike, and a forum for archiving and recognizing the many talented writers and artists in the gen community.omniocular is a closed community, meaning that only members can post in it. However, you do not need to be a member to read and look at the fics and art, or comment on the posts. Members and non-members alike are welcome to watch the community. This community is for posting gen fiction and art only. For purposes of this community, we define gen to be fiction and art in which romance and sex are not the focus or a dominant part of the story. Beyond that, the sky is the limit! All characters, eras, ratings, and lengths are welcomed, as are all genres and styles.

Becoming a Member
In order to ensure the quality of the fiction and art posted in this community,
omniocular is invitation-only. However, the community is periodically opened to applications from prospective members.Applications are currently CLOSED. They will reopen later this year. For more information, please see this post.
Members are also encouraged to recommend new members to
omniocular's mods or scouts by email or by commenting on this post.Please do not attempt to join the community. We use invites to accept new members.
