Been awhile without an update, eh? It's been a rather stressful and interesting time. New people coming into my life, Dave's continued dickery, my aching body that can hardly sit in this chair (which I will get to in a moment).
But before I begin anything:
I would buy these if they were sold, no lie. I don't know what would be done about the minor arcana, but dawwwwwwww.
On Tuesday I blacked out early in the morning and fell on what and god knows what. My tailbone got banged up pretty bad, but I doubt I landed on my back as my right thigh hurts just as bad. So I can't sit because my tailbone feels like it's the size of my fist sometimes. Then I went out with my cousin to lunch who had a pretty lousy day herself. But I tried to make the best of it and hope I didn't annoy her.
Spent a decent deal of time today at a neighbor's house. When I walk Max the kids are usually outside and Max decides to detour into their driveway and get their attention. I spent so long there their mother came outside to see what was going on. She has a lisp and it made me smile internally. The kids -4 girls, but I know they have more children- enjoy Max and he enjoys their attention, but it also got them asking questions about myself and the people I live with. Before I left to head right into our lawn they asked me for my name and for reasons unknown, that made me so happy. After having so much lousy things happen day after day, it's such small gestures that make you think maybe it's not so bad.
And some other things happened that I'd be embarrassed to talk about. Yeah.
I need to watch this week's Heroes and Dexter. Though it does seem after last season, Heroes is taking the fanservice route. Or that's the vibe I get from it, at least.
As I told the girls next door: drink water, kids, even if your not thirsty, or you might fall asleep standing up.
