The next World Cup Qualifier is in Cuba on September 6th, which will be followed by a home match against Trinidad and Tobago on September 10th in Chicago. The US are currently second in the qualifying group, behind T&T who beat Cuba 3-1.

So, I checked my mail and received this e-mail from Anchor Blue. Apparently, they're having a promotion for the grand opening of one of their stores in Pico Rivera (a small city just outside of Los Angeles) where you can meet a Chivas USA player. I wonder who? Hmm..

On a more serious note, the US plays Guatemala tonight at 10 PM ET live on ESPN2 and Galavision. It's a world cup qualifier so obviously it's important. Everyone should watch it. There are LRs in the post before this one. Participate in them. Even if I might not be there. It'll still be awesome.
