major tom... i used to love this song... i still do... do you love it, too? :)

please tell me though...what on earth is he talking about in this song? I love songs like this where the music is so good, you barely care about the lyrics. Because this is the first time I've even paid attention to the lyrics since day one of this song on the radio.

the stuff they did with synthesizers was so cutting edge then; they definitely helped lead the way toward music becoming what it is today.
