AboutThis is a community created for the express purpose of accomodating the intellectual and social needs** of an older generation of pot smokers. Although exclusion is a founding principle of this community, tolerance of different opinions and harrasment of members regarding their color, creed or sexual orientation is not allowed.

Current Rules:
1) Please don't join this community if you aren't over the age of 18. If I take a look at your journal and see that you aren't over 18 or you haven't filled out your birthdate on your journal, I will kick you out if I decide I don't like you.
2) Don't try and sell/buy/trade drugs. Don't ask how to do/transport/smuggle drugs. Don't ask about how to pass a drug test and don't advertise communities.
3) Posts about the trials and tribulations of being an underage, I-still-live-at-home potsmoker are not welcome and will be deleted. For example, if you got busted by your Uncle Lenny at Thanksgiving last year, don't post about it in here. If you got busted by Officer Johnny C. Law, feel free to post ad nauseum about your legal experiences. That should give you a general guideline as to what topics and their intellectual levels are welcome here... That is not to say you can't post a rambling entry detailing your awesome new bud, just.. you know, keep it age appropriate.
4) Since I'm the mod and love politics, political posts are welcomed and links to relevant (that is, about MARIJUANA) articles are cool.
5) Don't post random stoner thoughts that belong in your personal journal (I LOVE BAND XX, DUDES, HOW BOUT YOU?). Not the place, no one cares. Bud-themed photo-posts are welcome and encouraged, though.
6) Don't advertise other communities here. I think most of us can agree this is irritating and tacky.
addendum I: The chains of gaining posting access are now broken! Since I am super busy as a fulltime college student with a job and a life, you can post as soon as you join. And you better post an introduction.
