A group has taken up subbing Onegai My Melody; eps 1 and 2 can be found here. Hiiragi shows up in episode one. ^_^

And if you haven't caught any of Nabari no Ou, you should! Okiayu's Fuuma is ... hysterically funny. Subbers have been asked to stop, by Funimation (though no license), but hopefully some of the torrents out there still work. If not, I could try uploading what I have (up through 19).

Sorry to be a pain in the butt, especially for the epic OMGHELPME-ness, but has anyone seen this song?
Unmei no Kodou yo (without Ohtani Ikue) / 運命の鼓動よ (without 白龍成長前)

It is off the Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 3 OST and is one of three versions of the song. My google-fu HAS FAILED ME, and for this I am very, VERY SAD. I am at the point of ordering the damn CD, but fear it won't arrive in time for my epic, VIOLENT WANT to abate. Um. Yes. *cough*.

Hello all, I have been a member of this community for a couple of months now, if not longer and so far have had nothing of Okiayu-san that I could upload here...mainly because it was stuff I got from this community. ^^; Well, today I found something that I obtained a while ago and not from this community and I hope that everyone likes it. This is the Fruits Basket Seiyuu Talk with Okiayu-san, it's in two parts; which was the way I found it, and I hope everyone enjoys it!

I'm also going to add another two that I found particularly hilarious...When the Bleach game for the Wii, commonly known as Bleach : Shattered Blade in the US, came out a few Seiyuu competed against each other in it...one of which was our dear Okiayu-san. He "fought" against Kentarou Itou and Yusa Kouji...and I have both of them for you. Again, Enjoy!

Tea-Cups songs?

Just happened upon mention of the seiyuu unit Tea-Cups, which features Okiayu, Nodo Junko, Ishikawa Hideo, Yukana, Matsutani Kaya and Nakayama Sara. They came out with one self-produced single (NINOMY-001), featuring two songs, "Wonder Life" and "here..."

Anyone heard these songs, or better yet, know where to get your hands on them? The single dates probably from around 2002.

Otome Ni Sasageru Kokuhaku CD Okiayu Track

This is from one of a pair of CDs (the other is Fujoshi ni Sasageru) which Okiayu recorded with a handful of other seiyuu (including Midorikawa and Suzuki Chihiro) where the guys play a particular character and recorded dialogue for that character -- alone and interacting with the others. Here we get 4:00+ of Okiayu as a salaryman, professing love, talking to you about this week's date, talking about having a reason to take his glasses off, etc. All I can really say is "Yum." ^__^

The Fujoshi CD features each of the seiyuu on every track, though each seiyuu has his own main track where he does most of the talking. If you're interested in any or all of that CD, to hear Okiayu, let me know and I'll rip and upload it.

A Bleach Beat CD is going to be made for BYAKUYA !! It's been such a long wait, I really really thought it would never come....

It's a Byakuya & Rukia CD, actually. A duet with the two would be nice :)

Onegai mai Melodi event

No singing from Okiayu, alas (though there were two Usamimi dancing numbers with "Usamimi Kamen' and one of his other songs; the Usamimi was *great*! And tall, I barely came to his shoulder when it came time for photos). The moderator did talk him into shouting "Ikemen beam!" when he said his goodbye. He did not fail in the clothes dept, either: flowery shirt and sparkly jeans.

Had a wtf moment when the moderator said "Okiayu" and "kekkon" in the same sentence, but since Okiayu then said his goodbye and left the stage, I think that the excuse given for him disappearing before the audience was allowed to take photos was that he was going to a wedding. Of course, judging by his tentative response to the moderator -- "H-hai" -- I think either he didn't know that's what they were going to say, or he didn't much care for his private doings to be announced on stage.

And words fail at describing how jealous I was of the girl whose seat got called by Okiayu so she could go on stage and receive an Onegai prize package. Eeeee. (He even had to draw twice, since the first person didn't respond).

I'll write up a bit more when I get home tomorrow and write up all my seiyuu doings from this trip.
