I guess she redid it after the show and that part will probably air instead.. I think they made it sound worse that it was, I was expecting it to be more funny.

Didn't they say at one point that her dress was falling off and that's why she messed up? It looked fine when she ran away

I don't think that was anything like what happened with Ashlee, and it's not as big of a deal as everyone is making it. Oh god no, she got nervous and flubbed up a performance, DOWN WITH JESSICA! I'm not a fan of hers, but I don't think it was that bad.

It IS that bad considering she has been in the business forever. She is supposed to be a professional - singer, performer, whatever...world tours, tons of money, network specials etc... If she can't handle that caliber of crowd, she has no business being there. No one else acted like a fool there but Jessica -- who did manage to find herself a dress to expose as much of her chest as possible for a sophisticated gala. Perhaps she should have focused on the lyrics and not her tatas.
Ridiculous. She should stick to soaping up cars in a bikini.

As much as I don't like her, I have to give her props for actually singing live instead of lip syncing it.
I've performed pretty much my whole life, so I understand how it feels to mess up. Only, you know, in my case, without the entire world seeing. Just that audience. So it's kind of different.

But I still sort of pity her.
