Michael Jackson appears on Japanese TV show
Michael Jackson made an appearance on Japanese TV on 5th June. He surprised the members of the mega-popular band SMAP by arriving unannounced during a rehearsal for their TV show SMAPxSMAP.

I remember how much everyone liked the super awkward Dakota Fanning in Japan clip, but I think this is almost as awkward. I love SMAP, but Michael is just SO weird, especially when he wanders away from the group to... stroke the back of the set.

I used to remember the Michael Jackson stories from when I was little.

Like the time they tried to explain to me how he got all white. Supposedly, Black people weren't allowed to sing so he powdered himself to look like a regular white guy...And then I heard he chopped off his big wang...

Is the band name SMAP an acronym? I kind of hope it isn't, because saying SMAP! would be entertaining.

And why would he show up unannounced? That seems weird in a way that Michael Jackson isn't usually weird (scheduling).
