Nelly Furtado was on with BBC Radio 1’s Jo Whiley Wednesday where performed two acoustic tracks - her single ‘Maneater’ and a very chilled-out version of Gnarls Barkley’s ‘Crazy’ in the Live Lounge.

I think I like the Crazy cover, in the same morbid-fascination kind of way I like Tori's cover of '98 Bonnie and Clyde. It's so bad it's gone past good and back around to bad again, so it's like watching a trainwreck.

Okay so I've seen this "Gnarls Barkley" song everywhere lately but never heard it so I youtubed it and I really don't get what the big deal about it is :/ wtf, people, wtf. It's not bad it's just.. every other song and CD out there today.

absolutely excellent.
and i dont even like nelly furtado ever since she made "promiscuous girl" because i have such a problem with an unwed woman with a baby promoting her rampant STD-aquiring sex life and dragging justin timberlake down with her in that video and marring timbaland's name forever and ever.

but im down with some excellent acoustic work.
but shes still a slut (and for some reason is proud of it which is just ... gross)

She's so fucking lame. She was folk/indie and really made some quality music, and then she comes out with "Promiscuous Girl"?! WTF? Can you say "dying career"?

Honey, you're going to need a lot more than a scarf and some accoustic performances to regain your folk cred.
