CSI Creator, Anthony Zuiker, Releases New Digi-Novel Titled "Level 26: Dark Origins"

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

CSI Creator, Anthony E. Zuiker, has delved into the world of writing books.

"Level 26: Dark Origins" was released on September 8th, 2009. The book is a 'digi-novel' with associated web-based motion picture and interactive elements which readers are prompted to view online [at Level26.com] using special codes embedded in the book's text. There is even an iPhone app available as a companion.

The plot is about the levels of evil. Law enforcement personnel categorize murderers on a scale of twenty-five levels of evil, from the naive opportunists starting out at Level 1 to the organized, premeditated torture-murderers who inhabit Level 25. One man goes beyond 25.....he's Level 26.

The book can be purchased at your local book store or online.

this book sounds like an abortion but you know it's going to be made into a movie.

I hate CSI and its two spin-offs; however, when I admit that in the open, I feel like a hypocrite, because I love me some L&O.

Am I the only one who doesn't want to read a book with ~online interactive elements~ ? Books are to get away from the internet, ffs. :P

Too soon and wrong audience.

If this had been a YA novel, it would've been received better like The 39 Clues series.
