The "Seh-veech" thing is the French pronunciation of the word + It rolls off the tongue faster and more distinctly when calling orders on a line. Like, 1/2 of my chef friends say it that way.

Also, I will begrudgingly admit that... Natalie Portman was actually kind of... ergh, I hate admitting this... charming on this episode. She didn't say even ONE stupid thing about how happy poor people should be about the shitty economy AND she made me laugh with her drug-dealer comment.

She's still a shitty actress but... eh... I guess I like her a bit more than I did previously.

(Though that rape analogy in her last blog post was still freaking ridiculous.)
