Blaqk Audio Tribute Song Stream Now Available




Last week I posted about a cover that Blaqk Audio (aka vocalist Davey Havok and guitarist Jade Puget's side band) recorded.

The song was for the Love and Rockets tribute album.......a cover of the song "No New Tales To Tell", the title track for the album.

Only a snippet of the song was available before but now the FULL song can be streamed at the album's Myspace here :: http://www.myspace.com/loveandrocketstribute

O and to be fair to the other artists, some of the other musicians contibuting to this tribute album are Puscifer, A Place to Bury Strangers, Film School, The Dandy Warhols, and Monster Magnet.

I remember when they released their first album. I was working at Hot Topic, and it sucked.

the first one. It was the only cd i had in my car at the time so I learned it really well. Its nostalgic for me now, lol

I was at my specific store for nearing 3 years. I had a new set of managers every few months. They treat employee's like crap, almost everyone that I worked with never matured past what seemed like 10th grade, and that includes corporate. The customers were pretty bad too, and some of them would constantly try to fight with the people that worked there or other customers.

Plus the pay is absurd. They pay you shit, you get very little hours, moving up management wise was nearly impossible. The only good thing was the discount.

like when they came in to check out the store... were the higher ups dressed like goths or dressed in business attire? I can't imagine themselves taking that store seriously.

My last DM who came to visit wore strictly Abercrombie. We had a few higher ups then him come in, and most of them dressed like aging punk rockers.
