I feel like she sees her act more as the sum of the parts (songs + dancing + costumes + gimmickry). It's not everyone's thing to be sure, but I really like her and what she's doing a lot. I'm not a big pop music fan, but she just tickles me.

It's not, it's just the shadow of whatever part of her dress is stabbing into her. It's creating the illusion of exposed nipple.

There's more than enough high-res closeups that you can see no nipple is visible, it's just the shadow of the indent.
