not a guess who, just for you.
Last night I went out for chinese food and ended up having a conversation with Daniel Radcliffe.

Sorry if this is tl;dr worthy.
This is how it went down... My friend and I weren't planning to see him but we walked down to Times Square to get some food and passed by the Equus theater and after a long decision on whether or not to stay (because we were in sweats basically) we decided to just stay.
After about an hour wait, Dan comes out in his new hat that he got from Gap and was extremely excited about. The first thing I noticed was that he is short. I'm about 5'4"-5'5" and he was a few inches shorter than me.
He went to the barrier where the people who had tickets were standing and then he came over to where we were, the people without tickets to that night's performance. He started walking to where my friend and I were and he looked extremely frazzled, like he didn't know what to do so I just smiled and said, 'Hey!' and he was like, 'Hello!' and then walked over to one end of the barrier. When he got over to us we had a conversation about his hat that he was excited about and then I asked, "This may be really lame but could I have a hug?" and he contemplated it for a second and I thought he was going to tell me he wasn't allowed but he smiled and said, "Yes, yes you can have a hug." So he hugged me and I went to let go and he hugged me tighter. It was cute. Then as we were pulling away the sharpie got stuck in my hair and in his adorable british accent he goes, "Oh no! This is what happens when I hug people! My pen is stuck in your hair!" and then he apologized and I said "no worries, thanks for the hug." And proceeded to tell him that he was great and he thanked me again and kept talking to us while he was signing things. But the odd thing was he didn't talk to anyone else so I'm pretty sure there were a million girls who wanted my head on a silver platter but w/e. Sorry, no ONTD sign, it was really impromptu. Overall, it was a good encounter. I was expecting him to be an ass but he's definitely one of the nicest celebrities I've ever met. I'm going back tomorrow night to have him sign my Details cover and I'll try to get a sign.
