I think Miley's outfit is kinda cute, if a bit too casual to be wearing in public. I flove the color. Although I don't think it would be as bad if she had a different shirt on. And wow, I know how tall she is, but this outfit just emphasizes it. Or maybe it's cuz her pants are too long.

Oh, and as always it's nice to see her without Mandy. It seems like it's been a while since pictures of them have showed up. Like a couple of weeks? And who's the older girl with her? Does Miley have another sister I didn't know about or something?
