Eileen Davidson is staying at CBS!


Eileen Davidson will be back on Young & Restless and this time its permanent. The actress was released from Y&R and was quickly snagged by sister show, Bold and Beautiful as Ashley Abbott in 2006 and made the occasional visit back to Genoa City from time to time.

As fans recall, the actress's storyline has stalled since Davidson's character Ash got the shocking revelation of Storm Logan being the assailant in Stephanie Forrester's shooting.

This time around Davidson will have a huge storyline on Y&R and will be back onscreen Sept. 26. This contradicts earlier reports of Ashley getting a big storyline on The Bold and the Beautiful.

we all knew Ashley couldnt stay away from this man for too long!

LOL they had zero story for Ash - like people said Bell saved her from te unemployment line (not for long if Days were smart). They should have vetoed that bitch LML when she wanted Ash out.

Good for her, but ugh. What else is there except to make Nikki and Ashley fight over Victor again. Again. Again. This show is always doing things again. Next they'll bring Dru back and she and Neil can be together and break up. Again.

Glad she'll be back on Y&R, because I just wasn't getting the impression that B&B knew what to do with her.

But she will always be a favorite to me as Kristen on Days. I loved her, and all her sibs, even if she was mean, mean, mean!
