Hilary Duff engaged?

Rumors have sparked that Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie are engaged after photos of the couple appeared on the web. In the photos, Hilary is wearing a ring on her left ring finger, typically a finger reserved just for engagement / wedding rings.

The above video is of Hilary Duff & Mike Comrie having dinner at Il Sole - this is the dinner that sparked all of the engagement rumors. When asked about the engagement, Hilary and Mike laugh it off but don't seem to be denying it too profusely. Are they just enjoying the attention and rumors or are they really engaged? What do you think ONTD?
