Ashley Tisdale rocks out her “Faith” cap while carrying her Fiji water bottle as she arrives for her Pilate class in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

I always thought it was weird that it was called Fiji Water given that Fiji is prone to droughts.

Do pilates really do that much for you? What is it, exactly? I'm trying to find a way to cram a work out into my day and everyone I know says to take this shit.

Pilates works if the person is trying to tone up. Don't expect to lose a lot of weight from it, that's what cardio is for. But anyways, if you are looking to tone up, it really does work wonders.

i read an article about bottle water once, and they mentioned fiji water. i forget the details, but it was something about bottling another area's natural resources and selling it to people that already had water readily available. i can't remember.
