Kelly Clarkson's 4th of July

Kelly Clarkson celebrates the 4th of July by grabbing lunch with two of her close girlfriends (Jill Pickering & Kate Rapier) on Friday.

The 26-year-old original American Idol is currently recording her fourth studio album with many collaborators including Sam Watters, Louis Biancaniello and Ryan Tedder from OneRepublic (”Apologize”, “Stop and Stare”). Sam and Louis also wrote and produced the song “Anytime”, which appeared on Kelly’s debut album Thankful in 2003.

	I know a lot of people on ONTD hate her, mostly because she's kind of ordinary-looking and is a size 8/10 and therefore the size of a small house, but I've loved Kelly since her first appearance on American Idol and she can do no wrong in my eyes. 	Why does everybody flip over her weight so much? idgi, I have never seen people pick on her for being a little chunky the way ONTD does with Kelly. I've seen posts about Kristy Alley or Monique and the kind of rage or even just the string of "omg fat!" "she's huge!" "porker" "lol fatass" comments that occur in Kelly posts.
