Ashlee and Pete arriving at a friend's house, 7-3-08


He may be the last guy anyone thought would get married and have a kid… but Pete Wentz has settled into his role as a husband and daddy-to-be quite nicely.

The Fall Out Boy and his wife/almost-babymama Ashlee Simpson were spotted out in West Hollywood, California yesterday visiting friends while simultaneously looking like the portrait of wedded bliss.

Sporting yet another fabulous maternity dress (black with a red and beige tie-dye pattern around the bottom) along with a pair of black gladiator sandals, the “Little Miss Obsessive” songstress laughed as her hubby clowned around for the paparazzi by “getting wasted on water” before shooting off some fireworks.

Ashlee and Pete are set to become parents later this fall, with a string of rumors that they’ll be welcoming a baby boy into their family, though the sex of the baby hasn’t been confirmed yet.

	In the sense that with the dresses, you just put 'em on and are good to go, especially in the heat. Also, from what I've gathered, pregnancy causes your feet to swell, hence her footwear. Can't defend the string around the head though. (Reply to this) (Parent)(Thread)(Expand)

	yeah it is pretty hot here but you know, coming from the east coast, i bet GA is hotter! we don't have humidity or anything here so unless you are in the valley where it gets 100+ degrees, jeans are not a problem. the JACKET is another issue though... (Reply to this) (Parent)(Thread)(Expand)

	i watched the ashlee simpson show for the first time in years today, it was weird! i still can't believe she's with wentz, let alone married and having a baby. i only thing i hate about her is how any hair colour looks so nice on her. aaaaaand i'm glad she has a bra now.
