Johnny Depp Romances The Crew With Homegrown Wine
Johnny Depp has reportedly made filming new movie Public Enemies a bit more civilised for himself and co-star Marion Cotillard by having some of his homegrown wine flown over to the US from France.
A source told the Mirror: “Johnny’s a fine wine buff and has his own vineyard in the South of France. He’s had 10 crates of his own wine shipped over to keep him going.
“He is very serious about his hobby and does everything himself - from selecting the grapes to working the machinery. He’s done wine-tasting courses and has read virtually all there is to read on the subject. Johnny’s a connoisseur.”
He also shipped over his favourite Bordeaux wine to supplement his offerings around the set: “It’s fair to say that he’s made filming a far more enjoyable experience.”
