The Tiz Buys Ring for Beau
Ashley Tisdale was ring shopping last week, but it was boyfriend Jared Murillo who walked away with the bling.
Despite reports that the couple picked up to two promise rings on a shopping trip to Na Hoku Jewelers, E! News has learned that Tisdale's already been sporting one from Murillo.
"She already has a ring, they got it in Hawaii," a clerk at Na Hoku tells E! "They ordered one for him."
Tisdale's rep denies Ashley bought or received a "promise ring," but it might boil down to semantics. According to our source, the pair visited Glendale Galleria shopping mall last Friday, where Tisdale paid the tab for the special purchase.
"Something very sweet is written on it," the clerk says, though the specific inscription is confidential.
Tisdale and Murillo (a Honolulu native) first met on a nationwide High School Musical tour in 2007, where Murillo was a backup dancer.
"She was very sweet, just like a regular customer," we're told.
