because, unfortunately, she hasn't been able to break the US the way she should. so she probably couldn't sell the venues that would house such a concert

she came to this shitty club in my hometown, and hosted a "concert," and it kind of went with the theme of avril lavigne. they started giving free admission by midnight. ha.

that's why she won't come to the US.
